I met with Daniel over at Army/Navy Warehouse on Montgomery and San Pedro, and I just wanted to plug his small business.
He is a real nice guy with a lot or great mil-spec equipment and fatigues. While perusing his wares I saw the standard woodland BDU's, the 6 color desert (choc-chip style), 3 color desert storm, Digital Woodland, Digital Desert. He even had some of that exotic British tigertstripe, jungle and the really cool desert variety.
I saw several load bearing harnesses that would be great for carrying the tanks for those of you with remote kits. Hydration packs, you name it.
He is interested in drumming up more business and has even offered to donate a gift certificate or some other prize package for any tourney's that we play in.
You can find a lot of what he carries online, but by shopping local can help the little guy!

hmmm...we can buy a couple things there, and then ask him to sort of "sponser" the core group of us with maybe a couple things and then we'd advertise/bring people his way....just an idea

I asked him if he would want to do a loss-leader coupon (say 10% off) and he resisted.
I think his margin is slim, but he wants to get connected w/ paintballers in general. I guess he was working w/ Randal from PBA years ago when they had the field. It never went anywhere. A friend in the know figures it had a lot to do with the transition to speedball. Speedballers don't want to play GI Joe, they want flashy jerseys, etc...
I like what the guy sells...I almost walked out of there w/ a set of the British tigerstripe...I decided to hold out for some woodland MARPAT. He should have some larges next week or so.

u could try to convince him to caryy some paintball stuff like masks paint and air/co2. maybe that might help bring in some of the more outdoors paintballer people.

Oh yeah, you are quite a ways out. Well, I'll be there, but I don't know about everyone else. To hell with it, I'll just show up and play with myself if I have to,(wait, that didn't sound right). Ya' know what I mean, ha.

I need to hit that place up, I have no camo what so ever. I have to borrow a camo jacket from Aaron every time I play.
