To win at paintball, you have to work well with your team. That doesnt always happen on its own. This is one area of paintball where it seems women have the edge, so check out what some pros on relationships (players from Bunker Babes and Destiny) have to say about getting the entire team to work towards the same goal:
* You need to achieve unity in your team off the field before you can play together well on the field. If the team can't get along off the field then how is the team going to be able to communicate and trust each other on the field? Erica Richardson, Bunker Babes
* Talk with each other. I see paintball as both an individual team sport. The team benefits from each individual player and his/her skills, but the team won't win the game solely from one player. The team needs to work together. Kimi Kan, Bunker Babes
* Practice, practice, and more practice...hang out and know your teammates well...soon all you have to do is look at her/him and know when she/he is going to sneeze or make the forty. Evelyn Choi, Destiny
* Trust the people you are playing with. Trust them to do their job so you can do yours. When you are crossing up, you stay crossed up, unless communicated otherwise...because as soon as someone turns away, the other person could get bunkered, etc. Ashley Kosher, Bunker Babes
* Be humble. Dont take credit for shots because its the whole teams effort that allowed you to get the shot in the first place. Keep the bragging to yourself. Bea Young, Destiny
