Yeap, wont know till tomorrow if I have the tenth off, but hopefully I will have had my gun fixed, its an old fashioned tippman prolite-xl, so its kinda old, but tis out of comission, I am missing a part that looks like a piece of aluminum with teeth and a hole in the middle, not sure whats its for really, just know I am missing it. heh. well hopefully I can go I really want to thats for sure

i might be able to make it. depends on how long my ist(inital stregth test) is. last dep meeting ended at like 11 so i should be able to go.

DEP is over-rated, you really don't have to do a damn thing for them, just so you know. I was in it a year and I didn't bother doing any of the gay "training" that they had tried to get us to do. It exists so that they can try to keep you motivated to actually go in when the time comes.

well the only reason im in it is because i have to. your automaticly put in dep when you enlist(unless you ship out in less then a month). and if i drop out of dep they drop my contract.

listen closely...you have to do nothing while on DEP except keep in contact with yer recruiter every once in a long while. Thats it, thats all u have to do. Don't let the USMC mess with yer head before you even get to basic training!!! They will OWN you once you get there, don't let em mess with you now, this is your time.

Its not that bad, we played a bunch of games last winter in the low 40s. With a good jacket or polypropaline(sp) and some running around everyone will be good to go. It is the campers that are going to get cold :) Oh, and I'm going to bring the shields we made.

It's OK little buddy.

We are good people and if your Mom is scared about you playing with strangers I would be willing to meet with her face to face and squash any reservations she may have.

YAY.. unfortunately, my tippman is down, I fired it twice and heard a pop within the nomenclature, so I had to put it back out of commision, so if anyone could spare an extra paintball gun I would be quite grateful, and no I didnt break a seal, it seems that I cracked something.. dont know what but ehh..

Ugh, so much this week...I didn't finish my Action Ghillie, it really does take 10 hrs. LOL

Anyway, I'll bring it just to show y'all, but I haven't even finished cutting up the vinyl. Well, I'm tired, but I know when I go to sleep that I will wake-up to that God-awful test!!

EDIT: ACT testing in Gallup took longer than I thought and they screwed up my schedule and told me that they transferred me to Zuni because they overbooked...ugh!!! Anyway, I still got to take my test, but getting outta Gallup this close to Christmas was hell, and I am freakin' tired! I got home at about 3:30, and since you guys said you'd be playing till about 4 or 5, I decided not to use up all that gas to play for 30 minutes. Ahhh! I am pissed :evil: If possible, maybe we could do a game tomorrow (yeah right, but no hurting in asking) or next weekend. Definitely nothing planned next Sunday, but sorry for saying that I was for sure coming and not...looks really bad on my part... Hope y'all had fun!!

I would have to say the Sheilds Games were a kick in butt. It was fun watching the incoming projectile almost hit you in the head and then you raised your sheild to block it. That was fun....I'm still giggling about that. :-) :-) :-)
